Smeeny Made Wild is inspired by outdoor adventures and life in my little mountain town of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Made with you (and the planet) in mind, each beanie is made with ethical and sustainable natural fibers and made to be both functional AND stylish.

Every purchase gives back to the planet…1% of all revenue is donated to Protect Our Winters and the National Park Foundation. Smeeny Made Wild additionally donates to organizations supporting LGBTQIA+ rights, women’s rights, and racial equality as they intersect with environmental justice.

Every knit item is handmade with 100% ethically and sustainably sourced wools. I am proud and excited to source materials from companies that are dedicated to an ethical supply chain where the sheep are museling free. They also employ and support a safe work environment for women in South America.

Every item is shipped in packaging made from 100% recycled materials. I strongly believe that doing our part, no matter how small, to protect the environment is important. Choosing eco-friendly and minimal packaging is one small choice I can make to do so. Please reuse or recycle when done!

I'm Chereen, the owner/maker/designer and chief-everything-officer of Smeeny Made Wild and live in a small mountain town in Colorado with my husband, Rob, and our dog, Arya. I'm a winter-loving Sagittarius with a multi-passionate soul who loves pho, traveling, rugby, and a good historical drama (ahem, the Last Kingdom!). I LOVE spending time outside and am passionate about inspiring others to do so, too!
